AI SEO Expert in Hyderabad for SaaS, Pharma, Healthcare and Real Estate
I'm Jagmohan Kurmi, and I help Hyderabad companies show up accurately when people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Google's AI Mode about their category. I work remotely from Damoh, Madhya Pradesh, mainly for SaaS teams, pharma and life-sciences suppliers, hospitals and clinics, and real-estate developers. Book a first call by WhatsApp and bring the five questions your buyers or patients ask most.

What can AI SEO realistically do for a Hyderabad company?
It can make sure that when an AI engine looks for an answer in your category, your pages are reachable, your facts are clear, and nothing contradicts them elsewhere. It cannot force an engine to name you. I put this first because Hyderabad buyers are sophisticated, and most have already sat through a pitch promising a permanent spot in ChatGPT.
Three honest boundaries:
- Answers change between runs and between users. I report patterns, not a single screenshot.
- Large sites with years of coverage (review platforms, property portals, hospital aggregators) will often be cited ahead of you. The realistic win is the questions they answer badly.
- In health and pharma, accuracy matters more than reach. I will not write medical claims; your doctors or regulatory team approve every such sentence.
Four Hyderabad sectors and the AI questions their customers ask
Hyderabad's economy has a few strong pillars, and each meets AI search differently.
IT, SaaS and product companies
Since the 1990s the city has grown into one of India's IT hubs, with HITEC City and Hardware Park built as special economic zones to attract multinationals. T-Hub, set up as a partnership between the Telangana government, IIIT Hyderabad, ISB and NALSAR, has given the startup side a visible centre. For a SaaS company, the AI questions are evaluative: "alternatives to [competitor] for Indian mid-size firms", "does [your product] integrate with Tally". If your comparison and integration pages are thin, the answer is written from G2-style review sites and competitor blogs.
Pharma, biotech and life sciences
Genome Valley, on the city's northern side, is described as India's first life-sciences cluster, and Telangana accounts for a large share of the country's pharmaceutical and vaccine output. Many Hyderabad firms here are contract manufacturers, API makers, lab-equipment suppliers and CROs. Their buyers ask procurement-style questions: "GMP-certified API manufacturer in Hyderabad for [molecule]", "CRO near Genome Valley with bioanalytical lab". Facts such as certifications, capacities and audit history should sit on pages as text, approved by your quality team.
Hospitals and clinics
The city has a large private healthcare sector, and patients now ask AI assistants which hospital treats a condition, which doctor to see, or what a procedure involves. Google treats health as a high-stakes topic. The safest AI SEO for a hospital is plain: doctor profiles with qualifications, department pages reviewed by clinicians, accurate timings and insurance tie-ups, and a Business Profile that matches all of it.
Real estate
Development along the western corridor around HITEC City and Gachibowli has made Hyderabad property a crowded search category. Buyers ask, "2BHK projects near Gachibowli with RERA approval" or "Kokapet mein ready-to-move flats kaun se hain". Portals dominate these answers. A developer's own project pages can still be cited when they carry the RERA number, possession date and amenities as text rather than inside brochures.
Language is a real factor here. Hyderabad speaks Telugu and Urdu as well as Hindi and English. I can test and write in English and Hindi; for Telugu content I work with your team's writer and test the result.
How AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini choose what to cite
Short version: they search, retrieve a few pages, and summarise. The details differ by engine.
Google AI Overviews and AI Mode
Google states that these features have no additional requirements and need no special optimisation. A page must be indexed and allowed to show a snippet. AI Mode in particular may run a fan-out of related searches, so pages covering narrow sub-topics (pricing, integrations, eligibility) get more chances to be used.
Gemini
Gemini can ground answers using Google Search. In practice, the health of your Google index and Business Profile drives what Gemini says about you locally.
ChatGPT search
Relies on OpenAI's OAI-SearchBot to surface sites. That bot is controlled separately from GPTBot, the training crawler, so a SaaS firm can keep docs out of model training and still appear in ChatGPT search answers.
Perplexity
Uses PerplexityBot to index pages and a user-triggered fetcher to read pages live. It lists sources visibly, which makes it my first stop when diagnosing why a competitor gets cited instead of you.
So the work is mostly fundamentals: a crawlable site, server-rendered content for JavaScript-heavy SaaS sites, direct answers under clear headings, and structured data that matches what the page shows. Read how AI search decides which businesses to recommend for the longer explanation.
The scorecard I use to test AI visibility
Before I change anything, I record what the engines say today. Every result goes into a shared sheet with these fields, so you can audit my work line by line.
| Field | What I record | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Prompt | Exact wording, language, and buyer type | Answers shift with phrasing; we keep it fixed |
| Engine and date | ChatGPT search, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overview or AI Mode | Each engine has different sources |
| Named? | Whether your company appears in the answer text | The visibility signal buyers actually see |
| Cited? | Whether your own URL is a linked source | Shows which of your pages is being used |
| Competitors | Who else is named or cited | Reveals which sources the engine trusts |
| Accuracy | Wrong price, address, product or claim | Errors get fixed before growth work |
I run the baseline in the first two weeks, make fixes over the next two months, then repeat the same prompts monthly. A movement only counts if it holds over repeated runs.
Getting your company recognised as one consistent entity
AI systems build a picture of a company from many sources: your site, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Business Profile, review platforms, press. If the founding year, headcount or product names disagree, the engine either hedges or picks the wrong one.
My process: write a single fact sheet, publish it on your About page, mark it up as Organization with sameAs links to every profile you control, then correct the profiles to match. For founders and doctors, the same applies to Person profiles. I've built this for myself, with a Wikidata item (Q141685180), an ORCID iD and a Crunchbase profile that all agree with my site. Details are on the entity SEO services page.
AI SEO pricing for Hyderabad teams
I charge the same bands as for any Indian client. For SaaS and pharma sites with many pages, I quote after the audit.
| Item | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| AI visibility and structured-data retainer | ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 / month | Monthly prompt scorecard, markup, entity fixes, crawler access review |
| Ongoing SEO with AI visibility included | ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 / month | For SaaS, pharma suppliers and developers with active content needs |
| Clinic or single-site local SEO | ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 / month | Business Profile, doctor and department pages, local listings |
| Audit before you commit | ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 | Technical review plus a baseline on your top prompts |
Excludes paid tools, translation and medical or regulatory review. The full list is on SEO pricing in India.
Working with a consultant in Damoh instead of HITEC City
Hyderabad teams already work with colleagues across time zones, so remote work is rarely the concern. What you should check is whether a provider is honest about where they are. I don't claim a Hyderabad address. I live and work in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh.
The engagement runs on video calls, a shared Slack or WhatsApp channel, your own analytics and Search Console access, and a written monthly report. AI search work happens in your CMS, your markup and your listings, none of which needs me in your office.
Not a good fit if
- You need Telugu content written by me rather than reviewed and tested.
- You want medical, pharmaceutical or investment claims written without your own expert sign-off.
- You want a dashboard 'AI visibility score' instead of the actual answers engines give.
- You need an agency with staff in Hyderabad for events, shoots or site visits.
